Jeff Wells

CMO

Jeff is responsible for leading capital raise activities and heading the investor relations department at Revolve. With over 20 years of experience, Jeff has a deep expertise in raising capital from large family offices and high-net-worth individuals, focusing on distressed debt, development projects, single-family rehabs, new construction builds, and land developments across the U.S. In addition to his extensive capital raising experience, Jeff brings significant operational oversight in managing both Nonperforming Loans (NPLs) and Reperforming Loans (RPLs), as well as overseeing REO (Real Estate Owned) products nationwide. He plays a key role in managing Revolve’s national vendors and is focused on creating a “revolution effect” within the company’s real estate portfolio by driving innovation and efficiency across operations. His experience allows him to effectively streamline processes and ensure consistent performance across the entire portfolio. Jeff is also leading Revolve’s expansion into establishing a national footprint in project developments, positioning the company for continued growth. Earlier in his career, Jeff was a leader in the consumer goods space, where he managed licensing and distribution for global brands such as Nike, Columbia, and Fossil.

Mr. Wells has worked in the construction industry since 1989 when he began his career as a summer apprentice with Beard. Mr. Wells has worked in many different capacities in the construction, real estate and development industries over the last 30 plus years. In 2004, Mr. Wells made the acquisition of Beard from the last generation of the Beard family. Mr. Wells was able to grow and diversify the business from a 10+MM organization to over 100MM. This included diversifying in market segments across the United States. Mr. Wells business philosophy is to develop a partnership for life and not one business opportunity.

In an effort to continue to grow and diversify the business, Mr. Wells sold the organization to Texas Capitalization Resource Group in 2014. Mr. Wells continues to work with both the Beard organization as well as the additional businesses that reside under the TCRG corporate veil. His strategic focus includes helping to develop global initiatives and strategic acquisitions, continuing to grow the real estate and development brand, and diversify the construction organizations in a wide variety of market segments.

In conjunction with his work initiative, Mr. Wells helps to serve both the community and the business industries. He has served on many boards inclusive of but not limited to the follow organizations, Mechanical Contractors of America, American Indian Chamber of Commerce, United Association of Plumbers & Steam Fitters, Pipe Fabrication Institute, Native American Basketball Invitational and the Preston Center Rotary Club. Mr. Wells has been recognized for his work with these and other organizations.

Mr. Wells is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in business / finance. In his spare time, Mr. Wells enjoys spending time with his wife and kids as well skiing and playing golf.

In 1997, at the age of 26, Theresa Cox started her own construction company to assist in completing a project for a school district near Dallas. She went on to set up operations, sale, supervise, learn craft skills and apply them by working with her men in the field to build a solid reputation. One year later the company was performing multi-million-dollar deals, not only contributing to the community by employing 100+ tradesmen but making Quality Contractors, Ltd. one of Texas’ top 50 minority owned businesses. She is currently the President of NativeNations Procurement Systems, Inc. where her team has incorporated construction with Supply Chain Management services. She also has a very successful financial consulting business helping to support a wide variety of small businesses in North Texas. She served on the Board of Directors for the American Indian Chamber of Commerce for many years receiving the 2002 Award of American Indian Business of the Year as well as the 2006 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award. Among her many accomplishments she is most proud of her 2 daughters, 2 step-sons, and 1 grandchild.
